Working with Ricky was such a pleasure, he made finding our dream home fun, something I realized can be very stressful.

When looking for our home, we would send him a list of all the houses we wanted to view. He would very quickly turn around a detailed schedule and as we viewed each of the houses, he would have all the details memorized so there wasn't any second guessing or confusion. If we had questions that weren't provided on the listing, he would get an answer from the seller within an hour. He also provided us great recommendations based on the houses we were looking at, he really paid attention and listened to our needs.

During our current environment (Covid) it is natural for people to feel uncomfortable viewing houses. However, after the first day we were immediately put at ease when we saw how diligent and careful he was.

I highly recommend Ricky, it truly felt like I was viewing houses with a friend vs someone helping me with a transaction. He gave great advice and I could tell he had my best interest in mind.
