It’s ironic because normally you feel you will get outbid or “let’s keep looking they are not going to choose us....” Here is the confidence: Jason and his team walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was a unique approach but it worked and we thank Jason for that every day! We got the house we wanted not the “other” house. We still speak with Jason on improvements for our house.
